At KAGE wear, every item is printed and made to order — nothing is picked from a pre-made warehouse shelf. That means shipping works a little differently from a regular retail store, and we want to be upfront about how it works.
1. Order Processing Time
Once you place an order, it goes into production before it ships. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our production facility.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship using a network of trusted courier partners across India, with India Post used as a fallback for locations not covered by standard courier service. Available methods at checkout may include:
- Standard shipping
- Cash on Delivery (COD), where available

3. Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic (within India): 3-6 business days after dispatch
- Locations serviced only by India Post may take 3–15 working days
- Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier volume, weather, local disruptions, or address accuracy

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow its journey to your door. Note that tracking updates from India Post and some regional courier partners may lag behind the actual delivery status — if tracking looks stalled, this doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem.
6. Delivery Issues and Delays
- Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Delayed shipments: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at [EMAIL ADDRESS] with your order number and we'll look into it with our courier partner.
- Lost shipments: If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Failed delivery attempts: If a courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts (e.g. recipient unavailable, refused COD payment), the order may be returned to origin, and reshipping charges may apply.
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions.
7. International Shipping

If enabling international shipping via Qikink: international delivery times and costs vary significantly by destination and are generally longer and costlier than domestic shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or levies charged by their country — these are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
